An Online Credit / Debit Cardsecure payment facility has been provided on our website by Streamline and Sagepay. Having placed your order with us you will be automatically transferred to the Streamline or Sagepay website for their card details and payment processing. At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details, therefore ensuring total online security. We will then be advised payment has been made for the goods, without disclosing your card details. We also accept Paypal payments which are processed in a similar way. Telephone Orders using Credit / Debit Card: Your Credit / Debit card details will be submitted to Streamline using their online secure terminal facility to ensure total security of your credit card details. We will dispatch your order with a delivery note.
Payment by Bank Transfer: We can accept payments bank transfer payments by BACS etc. Please contact us for details.
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling. Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers. Crispandbrite monitor prices on a daily basis and will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions or human error. Crispandbrite therefore reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
We reserve the right to charge a supplementary excess on this figure where the courier costs charged to us exceed the standard expected rate. Typical exceptions to the standard charge, are likely to be incurred where weights of orders exceed the nominal standard 20kg limit, or geographically. We can deliver to the ScottishOffshoreIslands, the Shetlands, the Orkneys, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Ireland and Europe subject to charges by our chosen courier. Goods to these destinations may also be subject to extended delivery times.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day, subject to the order being processed before 2.00pm and subject to availability of the products, this is not a guaranteed service.
We will notify you by telephone or email of estimated delivery times and / or any delay in shipping your order. All goods must be checked on arrival see section below and Returns section for further details.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Goods and Non- Delivery
Claims for Goods Short or Damaged: All goods must be checked on arrival.
Failing to endorse the carrier’s consignment correctly i.e. Goods signed for in good condition when they are actually damaged. We shall not be liable in respect of any such claim and the Goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in accordance with the contract complete and in satisfactory condition. In no case Shall the Company’s liability in respect of claims for damage to or loss of goods in transit extend beyond an obligation to replace the item free of charge. We do not accept any liability for Consequential Loss however caused.
Non-Delivery All claims must be notified immediately by telephone and confirmed in writing. In the case of Non-Delivery of the whole consignment it must be notified within 7 days of receipt of dispatch date.

Commercial Customers If the customer orders the wrong Goods and they have been dispatched the customer may not return them to us unless the customer has our prior agreement in writing, giving a returns number. No refund will be given for Goods returned without a returns number. If the customer wants to return wrongly ordered goods, the customer must first contact us by telephone or by email, stating the reason for the return. Where the customer has incorrectly ordered the wrong Goods and we have agreed to accept the return of them, Crispandbrite will charge up to a 20% handling charge (minimum £10) to cover administration costs, bank charges and other expenses. The customer must ensure that all Goods are unopened and properly packaged in their original packaging, labelled correctly and returned to the Company Carriage Paid. Any damage to the returned Goods shall be the responsibility of the customer. A refund for the return will be made within 30 days of receipt of the Goods.
Private Customers In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
